These liars wanted 4grand for a new suspension! Please go elsewhere stay away! Always ask for a second opinion!
Alex, your vehicle came in for an alignment and inspection. We inspected the vehicle suspension before we do any alignments because if there was worn components then obviously it will effect the car handling and tire wear. Your rear right wheel hit the curb hard as you stated to us. The aluminum wheel was bent from the curb hit when we checked it. It wobbles. It needs to be replaced. Second the rear right lower control arm was damaged from the curb hit (bent). Upon further checking under you car the left rear wheel bearing hub is loose from wear. It has play when it is suppose to be tight. Also with it that loose it would make an audible noise in the rear of the car when driving at all speeds. The front suspension has worn bushings in the control arms they are torn from age. This will cause the car handle poorly when braking. The vehicle will allow too much suspension travel. With all of this it was not $4,000 as you claim. Your vehicle needs repairs and is not safe. The shop or person who you claimed did the alignment probably knew the condition of the vehicle too. It still does not make it fixed or safe. Kevin
