Horrible place they lied about what my car needed i hit a curb & thought my rear wheel hub & control arm where damaged, they where not i went to a second shop & told me i only messed up my alignment i payed $100 & she drives great! These liars wanted 4grand for a new suspension! Please go elsewhere stay away! Always ask for a second opinion!

Alex, your vehicle came in for an alignment and inspection. We inspected the vehicle suspension before we do any alignments because if there was worn components then obviously it will effect the car handling and tire wear. Your rear right wheel hit the curb hard as you stated to us. The aluminum wheel was bent from the curb hit when we checked it. It wobbles. It needs to be replaced. Second the rear right lower control arm was damaged from the curb hit (bent). Upon further checking under you car the left rear wheel bearing hub is loose from wear. It has play when it is suppose to be tight. Also with it that loose it would make an audible noise in the rear of the car when driving at all speeds. The front suspension has worn bushings in the control arms they are torn from age. This will cause the car handle poorly when braking. The vehicle will allow too much suspension travel. With all of this it was not $4,000 as you claim. Your vehicle needs repairs and is not safe. The shop or person who you claimed did the alignment probably knew the condition of the vehicle too. It still does not make it fixed or safe. Kevin

When I had questions or needed clarification about work to be done Kevin was willing to test drive my vehicle and then give me recommendations on the priority of items to be completed and why. That information helped me make decisions about repairs and when they needed to be accomplished.

I've been a customer of Kevin's Automotive Services for at least 3 years and wouldn't take my car to anyone else! Kevin and the staff are professional and friendly and I trust them completely. As an older, single woman who isn't savvy with the ways that cars run, they could've easily taken advantage of me and didn't. I recommend them without reservation. Thank you Kevin's Automotive!!

My car wouldn't start on Christmas Day and called Kevin the 26th and he got me right in. I thought it was a starter or alternator but it was luckily just the battery. Kevin could have taken advantage of my poor knowledge of cars but he didn't. Honest and fast turn around. Thank you Kevin

When our car "blew head gasket" we received three repair shop diagnostics estimates ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 and "trash it". Keven told us there were several alternatives and that the analysis were highly inaccurate. We did a lot of research on Youtube and found Kevin to be right that there was a LEAK in the head gaskets which did not require lifting the engine to replace the head gasket. The repair cost us less than $300 and a few other needed repairs he showed us when our car was up on the rack. According to several Youtube videos our car should give us another 20,000 to 30,000 miles. Saved us lots of money and having to buy a new car. I hesitate to give Kevin such a good review since it may mean making him so busy we'll have to wait a long while for service in the future. Kevin's a good honest guy.

Great service as usual. Completed everything I needed to have done and supplied me with future maintenance recommendations, and they communicated with me during the process.
