Said work that needed to be done was didn't need to be done

Customer stated his steering wheel was off centered and needed an alignment. Customer stated that another repair shop had installed a new steering rack and pinion. Confirmed with customer steering wheel was off to the right almost 90 degrees. Customer was advised that his installer needed to recenter the steering rack to the steering column shaft. The rack needed this in order to correctly do the alignment. Customer agreed to authorize the repair. Not sure Melvin why you wrote this review.
