Things started off great but then became more and more unprofessional. Little things like communication go a long way and they are not great at calling when they say or having things done when they say. The last time I left my car with him I came back to damage (on the inside) and everyone there is acting like they don’t know what happened but they know “it wasn’t them” even tho they were responsible for the car at the time and the only ones with a key. When I called about the issue no answer but they were open. Left a vm and have yet to hear back (it’s been a week). They also stopped responding to emails. It’s a simple fix but no one wants to take responsibility or be professional about the situation. Highly disappointed as I live close and was hoping to have found a good mechanic finally.
