I've been going to Kevin's Automotive Services for about 3 years. Last year, when I bought a used car, I brought it to them to look over. I trust their opinion and their workmanship. They are professional and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, look no further than Kevin's Automotive Services.

Small shop with average prices. I will go back for an oil change and basic maintenance. Nice and helpful people

Kevin has been my mechanic, my mother's mechanic and now my friend's mechanic for years! He and his staff are always professional! His prices are fair and the work is always completed efficiently.

My car is better than it was when I first bought it 6 years ago. Kevin has a customer for life. Kevin and his team clearly explained what was wrong with my car and gave me the time to decide what I wanted to do. They explained the safety issues but I didn’t feel pressure from them at all.

Thank you for being awesome!

Truly kind, considerate and helpful services! I have come to Kevin consistently since my first car issue after moving to Denver in 2019. They have always done great work on my car, understood my concerns, and taken opportunities to cut costs and save me money when something could be done cheaper or worked around in one way or another. I would recommend Kevin’s Automotive Services to my friends and family, and here you’re reading the review and have the recommendation now too! I believe they do honest work and give accurate feedback on what’s most important to take care of in your vehicle’s condition for longevity, sustainability and safety!

Took car in to look at muffler and catalytic converter, they looked at everything else but that until I called a day and a half later to which they replied they didn’t know that’s what I wanted them to look at even though I physically went in and watched the woman at the front desk write down what I was telling her. Then proceeded to not fix anything on the car but I paid for an “inspection”. the woman in the front was great! She knew what she was talking about. she definitely needs a raise.

Nicole, below is the notes from your invoice that we sent you and your grandfather for the requests you made. "Customer's complaint was for the transmission issues and check engine light was on". The transmission was making noises and loss of acceleration. Customer stated that she just bought this 2003 Ford Escape with 160,000 miles from a dealer in Colo Springs. Vehicle was diagnosed and found with following CHECK ENGINE codes below. P0733 Incorrect Third Gear Ratio-Transmission problem P0734 Gear 4 Incorrect Ratio-Transmission problem P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction-Emissions problem P1000 OBD-II DTC-Emissions problem P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)-Emissions problem P0155 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 1)-Emissions problem P0161 HO2S Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)-Emissions problem P2197 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean Bank 2 Sensor 1-Emissions problem P0403 P0403 Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATING Circuit Malfunction-Emissions Recommendations below were..... CATALYTIC CONVERTERS BOTH WORN. RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT WITH NEW OXYGEN SENSORS. EGR VALVE FOR EMISSIONS SHOWS NO DUTY CYCLE WHEN COMMANDED BY SCAN TOOL. RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT. SPARK PLUGS DUE FOR REPLACEMENT. TRANSMISSION IS LEAKING FROM AXLE SEALS AND BUSHINGS. LEFT FRONT CV AXLE INNER BUSHING HAS PLAY FROM WEAR. FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS AND BALL JOINTS WORN. FRONT SWAY BAR LINKS WORN (NOISE).RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT. VALVE COVER GASKETS LEAKING OIL ON BOTH SIDES. OIL PAN AND TIMING COVER LEAKS OIL. TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES AT RADIATOR LEAKS. EXHAUST HAS SHEET METAL SCREWS WHERE DAMAGE WAS DONE FROM THEFT ATTEMPT. MUFFLER SHOP WILL NEED TO REPLACE EXHAUST DUE TO RUST. NOT ABLE TO WELD DUE TO CORROSION. The last request was to try to fix the exhaust pipe where it had been cut from an attempted theft. After the inspection of the exhaust customer used wood screws to keep the pipe and muffler together. Exhaust needed to go to a muffler shop for replacement due to the rust and corrosion. Nicole we did everything above and advised you and your grandfather of the condition of the vehicle you bought with all of the problems. You and your grandfather declined to fix anything so don't insinuate as if we did nothing. So realistically your vehicle needs over $6,000 dollars of repairs and not worth fixing. It was a bad decision you made to have bought the vehicle without having a pre-purchase inspection done. So we documented everything wrong about the vehicle. You have no money to fix it and you felt we deserved a 1 star review? Hmmm?1 This wouldn't be the first time you left a 1 star review on our business. Two years ago you left one when you and you racist friends and Allison Lovell was writing false reviews and making vile phone calls to this business. Tell me why you would bring your car to us in the first place??? Had I known earlier I would have refused to help you,
