I was told by a national chain that I needed a new engine. I was still able to drive it, and wanted a second opinion. I called a different chain and they wanted $150 to check it out. I called Kevin's next and had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin, who offered to listen to the noise and let me know his thoughts (without charge). I popped in and he listened (sound hadn't shown up at all that day) a and took it on a test drive. He was knowledge and very professional. He seems to care a lot about what he does! I ended up getting a quick oil change and was on my way. No new engine needed! He has definitely earned a life long customer!
