Heidi, We serviced your 1997 Ford Escort four times in 2021. The last was for an oil change 8-13-21. The 2006 Ram of yours we replaced your fuel pump, ac lines and EGR valve while many times diagnosing for free because you stated many times that you don't have a lot of money. I help people and that is what I did for you because you're struggling financially. If you had any problems with the service or any interactions with my employees, why did you wait over three months to post a review or not communicate with me about a problem? Now for the second part of this review your comment regarding your employer's vehicle is missing a lot of information. I have been servicing the mentioned company vehicle since 12-10-18. On 7-21-22 Advance Labor Solution's 2016 Dodge Caravan was diagnosed with a cylinder misfire and documented that the engine needed to be replaced due to low compression. You are the office manager for this company and you called me less than a month later and told me that your company went to a shade tree mechanic and he said all it needed was spark plugs. And accused me of trying to rip you off. Remember? Your vice president came to discuss replacing the engine with me in May this year. He realized that we were correct in the diagnosis of the engine and you also confirmed it with me. I didn't have to agree to do the repairs but I did. We replaced the engine with a used engine. The vehicle had overheating problems due to a relay that controls the fan which was found after the engine repair. I fixed it for your company at no charge. This was a separate repair from the engine just like the window regulator repair was for the driver's front door. Your company also has the invoice that I gave your driver. Are you authorized to represent your employer's company? I will be contacting them about this Heidi.
