Today was one of those tests that separate the professionals from the guys just trying to make a buck. Been a customer for several years now. About a year ago, the power steering pump went out on my 2007 Honda Accord. Kevin did the replacement. Some months after that, it started leaking. Kevin handled under the warranty, and I paid some discounted amount. He replaced the pump again. This time, the steering would get stiff intermittently. It was noted by the mechanic and Kevin before they even turned the car back to me. We agreed I would drive it a while in hopes of it getting better with a little use. A few months later, I finally grew tired of the difficult turning. Kevin gave me no push back whatsoever. We setup an appointment for this morning and he replaced the pump again - no charge. So far, so good. We had discussed options previously. Many of the parts for these old cars are re-manufactured and a lot cheaper than new (assuming "new" is still available.) If you're going to drive an old car, you are going to have to be patient with the realities that go along with that. I have to say I'm very pleased with the way I was treated. When he says he warranties parts and labor, he does.
