Excellent customer service prompt about getting my vehicle in and out like they said they would do

Kevin treats my car as if it's his own. He's honest with pricing as well. Highly recommended 👍🏾

I'm sure Kevin's a nice guy and I'm sure he's a decent mechanic. Could use some work on his phone etiquette. Maybe he could try not whispering when he is in the middle of a busy shop. Maybe he could speak up or speak at all when a customer says they have a hard time hearing him? Considering I get like 3 fliers a month in the mail from these guys I guess I thought they'd be interested in new business. Guess not. Fortunately, there are 2 competing shops within a 2 block radius of Kevin's who do good work and will actually speak when you try to call them.

Hi Morgan. Phone etiquette? Speak louder? Whisperer comment? I'm trying to make sense of your comment. Maybe their was a bad phoneline connection? I do wear a mask at all times so that may have contributed to you not hearing me. If you had a hard time hearing me I apologize. Not sure why you would leave a one star review when you never used our business and because you could not hear? Sorry it got you so upset. Thank you for the feedback.

Kevin's services and repair costs were substantially less than their competitors next door(Meineke). The turn around to get my car back was great!

This is the worst place to take your car to. The owner is u professional and very rude. He is very bad. All he want is to take your money without doing the job and when u question him, he gets so defensive. Unprofessional. Go somewhere else they will actually respect you

Lets start with the truth Patmos Debrah. You brought your vehicle to us to perform an alignment. Before you brought it to us you replaced your tie rods incorrectly (we showed this to you when you were here) and you damaged one of the adjuster sleeves. I also informed you that the cotter pins were missing that lock down the castle nuts from backing off. Google search it. This is a huge No No! You stated that you have them at home?? So this means you were driving an unsafe vehicle knowingly and could have caused possible injury or death to other drivers if your vehicle lost control. You failed to take responsibility about it and act as if it is nothing. When I called you and advise there would need to be a repair made you told me you were going to come in to see the vehicle in one hour and you were over an hour late. I gave you a fair estimate to replace the parts and finish the alignment but you declined. You thought it was too expensive. The crazy thing about this is you wanted me to wait for you to go to Autozone and come back with the part and have us put it on for you at no cost. You got mad because you didn't like the truth in getting told "No" and disrespecting the owner of the business. My advice to you would be this. If your going to try to fix a car do it right. Do the research first. Doing incomplete repairs can cost you more than what it needs to be or let a professional do it for you. You were mad that you did the repair wrong. It happens when you are a do it your selfer (DIY). Being honest is not being unprofessional or rude. You got upset when you were making unacceptable requests for me to fix your vehicle for free. Sorry you feel bad. Accept when you are wrong especially if that person telling you has over 40 years of experience. They just might know something you don't that could help you. Thank you, Kevin

Kevin is very honest and friendly. Prices are great and the repairs are reasonable You might need someone to pick you up and take you home or to work. Ask when you call. This place is great. Save a bundle over dealership prices. I took my car to one garage that estimated several thousand dollars worth of work. I have had most of the work done at under $1,000. This was an independent garage and they are reputable, but expensive, so I'm going to Kevin's.

Thank you for your awesome review! We sincerely appreciate it!
